When prompted to create a tool to inform users on typographic family characteristics, I created a series of printed brochures. As a project assigned in my first typography course in my undergraduate studies, I designed with all the provided typefaces’ important elements organized neatly on a grid themed background. With a monochromatic and minimal aesthetic, the images of the typography in use on both the front and backsides are highlighted. Overall, this project included 6 required typefaces of the design brief; Baskerville, Bodoni, Gill Sans, Optima, Univers, and Georgia (3 select typefaces displayed below).

Front Side

Information about the typeface, its designer(s), foundry, dates, pairings, etc.

Back Side

Examples of the typeface in use, such as logos, close ups, etc.
